Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property or service you are interested in, and anything else you choose to write in the message. If you become a management client we also collect the information needed to run your property, such as your mailing address, property details, payout details and tax information.
Information collected automatically. Our web host and security software record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and time of visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the site is not directed at children.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or consultation
- To manage your property and communicate with you as a client
- To arrange guest stays, cleaning, maintenance and other services on your behalf
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed: website hosting, email, our contact-form software, booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo), cleaning and maintenance partners, payment and accounting providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property. Booking platforms have their own privacy policies that apply to bookings made on their sites.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and understand demand. Client and financial records are kept as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to enquiry data to people who need it, and use security software on the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop sending marketing email, or ask a question about this policy, by emailing info@whitelillyproperties.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; we honour those requests where they apply to us.

The site links to third-party services including Airbnb, Vrbo, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.
